We currently ship products within Kenya.
Our standard shipping charge is a flat rate of KES 350.
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday.
The daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM East Africa Time (EAT).
Our standard handling time is 0–1 business days, and standard transit time is approximately 0–1 business days.
The estimated delivery time for all destinations is 0–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns are accepted for eligible defective and non-defective products within 3 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Products must generally be new, unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
We also accept exchanges for eligible products.
There is no restocking fee.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days and are made in KES.
